So are there two groups in the Q-15?

Following up from an earlier post. I posited that the top dogs really do believe that we are in the Last Days and that they are the ones specially chosen by God to make it happen. Plenty of responders said I was mistaken and that the bosses are just playing the members for saps while they collect all that money, power and extravagant lifestyle. Are there two camps- one that truly believe and the other that are a bunch of shysters? I can't imagine Oaks and Bednar are double dealing. Quentin C(r)ook and others are clearly corrupt. So is there an uneasy truce between two sides with vastly different agendas? I'll take my answer off the air.
