Lack of Cardio This Phase
Is it just this phase in particular, or is F45 making an effort to cut out the cardio? I don't recall any class that is pure cardio. Even the Wednesday class is hybrid as what the trainer said. This was backed up by half the exercises involving resistance or core. Besides that, as another poster mentioned, they are cutting out certain OG moves altogether such as tuck jumps and kettlebell shoot throughs. If someone knows more about why this is happening and what sort of rebranding they want, it would be good to know.
