F45 during pregnancy
Hello,
I read a few old posts on this subreddit, and a few of my questions have been answered. However, I have one question regarding my workout. I currently weigh 200lbs, body fat is 40%. I've done close to 90 f45 classes in the last 6 months and with moderate food habits lost 12 lbs. My heart rate, regardless of the type of class(cardio, resistance, hybrid), is always high because of my weight and fitness levels.
I try to usually push myself, especially in cardio classes, and I take it easy on the reps or change the workout if I'm feeling breathless.
I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant, and I don't feel any fatigue to work out yet. My question is, is it okay to have a heart rate of more than 170 during pregnancy? Most importantly, is it okay if I push myself because i really want to work out? I am unable to just do it lightly and keep my heart rate low during the class.
