My cart has made me very sick

I’ve been a pretty consistent weed smoker for about 2 years. I’ve mostly smoked flower, but I have had about 10 carts as well in that time. I just took a 9 week break, and decided to buy a cart to get back into it. I got it from the same guy I always have, and it’s the same brand as always(prestige). The color of it is perfectly normal, it tastes great, and I get high af from it. However, after smoking on it for 5 days, I started to feel really sick. I only hit it about 30 times total. My throat was killing me and my lungs even hurt. I have been super stuffed up in my nose and when I blow my nose, some blood always comes out with some snot. I haven’t touched the cart in nearly 48 hours now but I’m still sick as a dog. I will have horrible coughs where I feel all sorts of phlegm in my lungs, my throat hurts and of course the stuffiness. I also have headaches and sometimes I get this uncontrollable “shaky” feeling in my body where the whole inside “shakes” I can’t explain it. I’m so uncomfortable and I’m always either hot or cold and I can barely sleep at night. This will all pass right? I almost feel as though this will never end.
