Can't open console commands on PC

Playing the Epic Games version of FNV and I can't seem to get the console to open up. I tried everything from updating my keyboard drive, changing my keyboard language, enabling console commands on Epic Games but nothing works and none of the buttons I press do anything. I can't seem to figure out how to open it. I'm also using a NoS keyboard

How do I open the console up?
