First 36 hr fast completed. Feeling guilty about breaking it. Thoughts on 20:4?
As the title says, I just completed my first 36 hour fast. I started to get my health in check and take control back over myself and choices. I’ve previously experimented with IF years ago but wasn’t consistent so I’m very proud of myself for sticking with it only drinking water during my fast.
However, now I am about to drink a protein shake to break it and I feel guilty about doing so. Anyone else felt like that? I know it’s about food choices during eating times but I still feel a little bad for breaking it lol.
I think I am going to do 20:4 from here on out 2x weekly instead of 36hr. Has anyone had success with weight loss doing the 20:4 schedule?
