HHS to Ignore Union Contracts and Enforce Return-to-Office by March
HHS union employees living within 50 miles are being required to return to the office by mid-March, while remote employees living more than 50 miles away must return by mid-April. Supervisors were instructed to inform employees verbally, avoiding written communication. They also claimed that union contracts were no longer valid.
