Entry vs Standard

Hi so i recently bought ffxiv complete edition and the 30 days that come with it is ending in a few days. I checked to see how i could renew and i saw standards and entry. I plan on staying on my 1 character so entry would be the correct option right. Also does buying the complete edition mean i have to renew with standard edition everytime?
