Roth IRA Cash Bonus - Can it be invested?

I received a cash bonus (commission credit) from Fidelity in my Roth IRA last year. This year i used the bonus to buy FXAIX totaling 7,100. Does that put me over the contribution since the limit is 7,000? If so what do I do?
