A 3x per week bodybuilding routine focused on arms and shoulders?

Help me choose a 3x per week bodybuilding routine with focus on arms and shoulders. I have 1 year lifting experience. I have done GZCLP and Tactical Barbell. I put some muscles and my cardio improved tremendously. Now I’d like to try a pure bodybuilding routine. Which one would you choose?
