Any suggestions on how to stock up on copper?

Hi, fairly new player here!

I’ve recently started using fusion cells for ammo and I prefer to craft it myself— but I can never seem to keep copper in stock. Any suggestions? Whether it’s enemies that commonly drop it, vendors that usually sell it, etc. I’m fine on literally every other scrap component for the ammo.
