Im a Little lost in the game

I'm actually having a lot of fun with Fallout 76, but I've got two problems with the game now. I'm now at level 51, but I don't have a build yet and don't know how to turn it around to make it work. I also have a serious weapon problem (no good weapons and they always break too quickly) and I'm constantly running out of bottle caps and ammunition. Even though I may be a little lost, do you have any tips on how I can save everything as quickly as possible?

Ps: I would like to have a basic command or heavy gunner build but I don't know what I should choose
