Is nobody raiding anymore?

I just hit 300 and finally got a build together so I don’t die immediately because I ran bloodied unyielding. All I want to do is raid and gather up the plans to finish my Vulcan armor but no one is playing. I must have jumped two dozen lobbies looking for groups.
