Paid for Sohei. Still No Sohei

Just curious if anyone else is dealing with this.

I paid for the new character yesterday 30 mins before the update.

Sohei is still locked.

I have tried; clearing game cache on steam, restarting game, restarting computer, reinstalling For honor, refunding and rebuying the character.

I have been on ubi support sending proof of purchase and game logs etc for 24hrs now and they haven't mentioned a single fix they just reply with "can we have a screenshot of this"

Just wondering if anyone in here has any good ideas as so far I have sent 16 screenshots and haven't had a single solution.
