Mainboard/Storage Controller problems?

Some weeks ago my Ryzen 13" rebooted and welcomed me with a Windows drive repair screen. Before this I used it for about 9 months without issues. Some data was lost, but since I store everything important in the cloud, it was not so bad. When this happend I carried the frame.work with one hand, holding it at the lower right edge with the display open. I was not sure if the bluescreen was a coincident or not, but just to be sure I bought a new ssd and continued with a fresh Windows 11 install. Today I got a blue screen while the system was idling, Stop Code MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

I googled a bit, and most people hint that it could be the SSD. But it's new. Since it's new, I wonder if carrying the frame work with one hand maybe wrecked my mainboard?! To be sure I will run memcheck from USB.

I already looked at new Thinkpad X13, I need a solid device for working. I can't dial with hardware problems right now. I need something reliable. In the last ten years I had never problems with my Thinkpad Txxx or my HP Probook (which is my backup right now). The Thinkpads even all were used/refurbished ones. It sucks that I have the problems with the frame.work right now...
