Anyone else find it weird that Cersei became Queen after killing the Reach and Westerlands Lords?

Cersei kinslayed, and killed the wardens of both the reach, westetlands, killed a queen and faith leaders. With enemies in Dorne, Riverlands, and the North, why wasn’t there an open rebellion?
