Exercise with Frozen Shoulder

Hey everyone, I am extremely bummed as I recently just found out that I have frozen shoulder, due to a shoulder dislocation I had in February.

Being a very active person, this has me extremely depressed as I generally lift weights five days a week and play basketball and volleyball. My question is – is anybody here exercising regularly with this condition? And if so, what kind of exercises are you doing that isn’t damaging your shoulder any further? I am really hoping I can stay active while I rehab this.
