CVS really fucked me over

I finally turned 18 and got to start the HRT process. Had a doctor order the prescription but the only pharmacy that my insurance covers is CVS. They told my doctor (with absolute certainty) it would be filled on Monday, which got me really excited and lifted a weight off my shoulders that FINALLY, after 3+ years of trying, I could go on T. On Monday I called, they told me they were still working on ordering it and to call tomorrow at 2PM. I call at 2PM the next day and nothing. Today I went in for what was supposed to be my first injection empty handed. My doctor called for me and was told that the whole system is down and they couldn’t even look me up. So basically my HRT is indefinitely postponed and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m so crushed, this was the only thing getting me through the past few months (which have been really difficult due to other outside factors) and I don’t even know what to do with myself anymore. I’m devastated.

If anyone has any suggestions or anything that could help even a little bit please share because things aren’t going very well rn
