x100v sd read/write error

I have consistently been getting read write errors with my sd cards with the ×100v. Ive noticed that when it happens I can only take two photographs before a write error occurs, and at that point I cant read off the card either. The only way to circumvent this is by turning the camera off and on, taking two photographs and repeating. This is annoying enough that I just buy a new sd card whenever it happens, and I typically find that most of the times the card is around 60 percent full (with the exception of one time when i actually filled up a 32gig card). Maybe its the manufacturer sandisk which i use or something to do with formatting im not sure. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their fuji systems?
