Anyone else not received pre order fc points?

I pre ordered over a week ago. (I know I’m not getting a hero)

But logged on today and didn’t have my 4600 pre order points. It let me transfer a measly amount from fc24. Anyone else having this issue? I opened a case with ea but they never seem to contact me
