Fifa companion app

Hey guys, I'm heading away for 7 weeks and intend on having a lot of down time by the pool, relaxing etc.. I've never ever had the app that I see so many people talking about for trading, doing sbcs and whatever else you can do on there.. I don't even know the name of the app.. is it convenient to use? Would really appreciate some insight on what I can do on there, is it very time consuming, what do I need to sign in etc. I'm on my way to airport now so if I need access to my PS no bueno but if I just need account details then I'll be grand.
