Itchy incisions!

Arrrghhhh anyone else struggle with the healing itch? I know everything is healing well as per my surgeon and nurse so it is just the itch from healing, but blooming heck does it itch! And each incision seems to itch at different times which means although it's on-off, I'm spending a lot of time desperately wanting to scratch and being unable to 😭
