2020 high school graduates, how did you feel about your senior year ending early due to COVID and how do you still feel about it ending early five years later?

As a 2020 high school graduate myself, I was sad about it ending early just like most seniors at the time due to not being able to spend my final moments of high school with people I actually cared about and not being able to experience a senior prom along with other senior events that were supposed to occur during our last quarter of high school. Luckily I still got a high school graduation although it took place in the middle of the summer and was socially distanced with limited guests.

Now I've personally moved on from our losses five years later despite the effects COVID greatly impacted on me such as ruining my social skills. However, what still gets to me the most is watching all of the other graduating classes before and after us experience all of the senior events we never got to experience.
