How feasible would the construction of a bridge between Bali and Java be?
Saw the recent discussions here about the potential Sicily bridge, and the Bali bridge came to my mind immediately. Bali is even closer to Java than Sicily is to Italy, both sides are heavily populated, and I'd imagine it would be advantageous for both sides to be able to cross more easily. However, I am not Indonesian, and I do not know much about the situation there.
