Recognizing top seller in the troop

I was wondering what you all do (if anything) to recognize the top seller in your troop. I have one scout who is particularly enthusiastic about selling cookies so it’s not surprising she is top seller again this year. Last year I made her a certificate and yes, she will get the rewards from council but those come so long after cookie season that I wanted some small token to recognize her once we wrap it up. I was thinking a snow globe (she collects them). But at the same time, I don’t want to make it seem like a competition and I certainly don’t want the other girls to feel bad they did not sell as much. We’ve had a great season as a troop and I want to celebrate them all!
