Recommended Plotters

I'm about to replace our old plotter, and I thought I'd reach out to everyone here and see if anyone felt strongly about any particular brands or models (negatively or positively).

Edit: I should probably mention that our current plotter also has a full size map scanner on top of it. Retaining that functionality would be important.
