How’s the swing?

I feel like my swings improved quite a bit over the past 6 months-1 year. Especially since last year I was a full lefty. But still, any tips? Got lucky with this one and hit a push draw. I usually only hit 3 wood off the tee box since I can’t seem to ever have a reliable drive. Club speed floats around 125-127 mph generally with driver and I use the LA Golf Bryson shaft (whichever one it is).

Looking for actual input, so any advice is appreciated.
