Beta error message

Could anyone help me out with this error message? I'm trying to launch Google Play Beta on my PC. I've already tried the "GOOGLE_PLAY_GAMES_SUPPRESS_COMPATIBILITY_CHECK" thing, and it still hasn't launched.
