Pistol recommendations?

My girlfriend(25f) is looking for a daily carry pistol. I got into a road rage incident a week or so ago and a guy tried to attack me (24f). I have a ruger P89DC in my glove compartment for self protection if something like that happens however she does not have a pistol in her car. She’s been looking for something to carry but she’s not sure. She needs something easy to rack because she has a disability that affects her grip strength. So something not super heavy and easy to rack preferably 9mil. Any recommendations would be very much appreciated!

Edit: I carry my gun on me now in a holster yall. I was just asking for pistol recommendations not guidance on how to carry my gun. And I never left the gun in my car overnight or anything. The only time I leave my pistol in the car is when I’m at work. And my car is in the work parking lot and I have 360° motion activated cameras at my office (I am the security guard so my car is literally on my screen at all times)
