Still have big chest 1 month after operation

It’s been about 6 weeks after my operation. I’m really happy I don’t have puffy nipples but I still feel like I have a big chest. I know my surgeon removed the gland and did lipo. Do I just have to keep recovering or is it my surgeon’s fault?
