Dream salon!

Hi friends! I am looking into opening another salon. I want it to be a dream for any stylist to work at. While I want it to be high end and provide exceptional service to guests, I want it to be a salon for stylist. Here is my question…what would your dream salon set up be? Do you want commission or booth rental? Hourly? What commission percentage would be ideal for you? What are some perks the salon would provide?
