Passport Photo

I’m on the hunt for a cheap passport photo. I know Staples and Shopper’s Drug Mart, but they’re quite pricey. Someone mentioned years ago that there are some stores in Halifax that offer them at a more reasonable cost compared to other shops. Any recommendations?
