Halo 5 PC or just a glitch?

Doing some research about Halo 5 and I’ve heard it’s not going to be on PC not anytime soon however, I found this image on X (Twitter) and this guy it “seems” like managed to play these four games and so is Halo 5 on PC.

I was told that maybe it could have been on XCloud but if you look at the picture, the “Cloud gaming” category isn’t grayed out yet Halo 5 is showing on Xbox app. What does this mean? Ngl I sound crazy but I need answers.
