How big is the Pride Ring realisticly?

First of all, we only consider those born after Jesus, because if I remember well, those previus to Christ were first taken to Hell and later to Heaven. According to some estimations, 90.000 million people have lived since Jesus, that leaves us about 82 thousand million people. I'd say 2/3 of those ended up in hell, so that leaves us with 52.000.000.000 sinners.

The question is obvius, how many cities besides pentagram city are there? How effective are exterminations to keep population from bursting? And a single hotel which has only redeemed one guy by accidentally killing him can keep population in line?

Also, Heaven has all humans since Adam and Eve to those born before Jesus and about 38 thousand million winners from the last two millenia. So Heaven and Hell are infinite or just the size of Jupiter?
