Too many selfish people

One of the things I've noticed with this new difficulty on bugs is how many people suck at being a team player and communicating.

The groups that have folks run off by themselves tend to do poorly vs the ones with decent communication and teamwork.

Some of you guys need to do better. It's not hard to be a team player. Communicate and watch each others backs. Stop running off thinking you're a badass. You're not.

And for those who really think you are a badass - why not lead people then? Be the example. It would have a much bigger impact than running off and ditching everyone.
