Handheld cnc problem

Hello. I was wondering if I could get some help. My brother bought this used cnc marker machine at a flea market and was told it works. However he is now learning that is not the truth 🤷. The machine does power on but seems to get stuck at this screen. Does anyone else have this machine and if so have you had this problem and how did you fix it?
