SN stamp increases amount of shots by multishot weapons??

I thought I was playing endless, such a good set up too for holocoins :(! The SN stamp isn't it a bit overpowered? In the wiki it says it only affects starting weapons, but I can see it very clearly affecting my collabs, tripling their dmg.
