Tuya Fingerbot configuration

I added a Tuya Fingerbot directly to HA using ZHA. I just realized however, after reading the manual that came with it, that you can adjust some parameters for the device through the Smart Life app, which would be very useful for me. I don't have a Tuya hub however so I don't seem to be able to connect the device to Smart Life.

2 questions: 1) Can I adjust these parameters directly in HA? 2) Can I adjust these parameters in Smart Life without having a Tuya hub?
