Is there any way to downgrade firmware on the Schlage Encode Plus?

I have one on Firmware: 03.01.00797709 and another on 03.02.00871595. The later firmware drains the battery super fast - within 10 days to 2 weeks. I've only had the second one, on the earlier firmware, up for a day, but the battery seems great so far. I get about a 5-10% drop per day on the later firmware version, and no drop on the earlier one.
