Might’ve pushed my CVT too hard

I have a 2007 Honda Jazz CVT, and I was accelerating on the highway (at around 4-6k revs) last night on my way home. Afterwards, the car sounded like the videos linked. Does anyone know the reason why? Or have any tips to fix? Thanks!
