Traveling to the Philippines as a US Green Card Holder - Any New Requirements?

Hi! I just wanted to check if there are any updates regarding the process or required documents for Green Card holders (US) visiting the Philippines. Our flight is in April, and we'll be staying for almost a month. We are a Philippine passport holder and came here in the US as Permanent Residents (husband - gc holder for 4 years now, me - gc holder for 2 years now)

Aside from the e-Travel form that we need to fill out, are there any other documents we should prepare in case there have been changes in immigration requirements?

And going back here in the US, do we need to prepare anything aside from showing our Green Cards to the Immigration? Thank you so much!
