Guys help me out

Actually I am looking for a bike for daily commute and 2 or 3 times in a year will go for adventure trips (ladakh, spiti, etc) as well so I want a bike that is good for city and as well as adventure… i do not want to buy a full fledged adventure bike.. here are some bikes i am trying to choose, guys if there are other options you are most welcome to suggest 🙏🏻 My budget is around 4-5 lac
