How do yall manage you Anxiety?

I've personally been struggeling with identity and over worrying about if my friends suddently hate me. I got the tendancy to notice every small change and detail in an interaction that I fail to see the actual picture and end up with the wrong idea.

Anyone else feel like there is a demon gugging on their brain? Cant remember last time I was truly relaxed.

Started using over counter calming meds and felt I almost got addicted to cigarets, they do help but not healthy and long term increase anxiety so I only depend on em if I get anxiety attack.
