Vivid dreams + hard sweating + jerks

Struggling with racing thoughts that prevent me from falling asleep, I decided to stay busy all day and wake up early to reduce the time I spend lying in bed. However, when I do sleep, I experience long, vivid dreams that make me sweat and sometimes wake me up. In the morning, I find it incredibly hard to get up and feel like I haven’t slept at all.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, what helped you overcome it? Did you take anything or try any specific strategies?
