Let's talk about team switches

What do you guys think about switching teams if others leave? It happens to me all the time because of my high KD (1.4) it frustrating me. After working hard and getting the objective the other team leads and instead of finding someone from matchmaking they switch people after putting in the hard work to win. I just wanted your guys opinions on this matter. I've even been switched teams twice in one game because I was crushing these kids so hard.
