2 Weeks in and feeling great! But caved and ate outside my window. More info below. What now?
I’m fasting for weight loss and in week two. My mental clarity is STELLAR. And I found I try to push my fast longer and longer like a game. This last week I was able to extend my 16:8 to 17:7 and yesterday a 19:6! But then ate outside that 6hr eating window.
I’m making good food choices, (except last night) and in a calorie deficient during my eating window.
How do I get back on the IF wagon? If I fast 16:8 starting at 9:30 last night I don’t eat till 1:30pm. (Which is fine for today but not sustainable for me.) I’d like to move my window to start at 10am.
