Buying a Sony camera in Tokyo.

I am living in Tokyo currently and I am thinking of buying a Sony a7iii or a7iv camera. I don't understand Japanese so I want to buy an international model.

Now these are the options I could find after researching online - 1. Buy an international model from Yodobashi Akihabara (Expensive) 2. Buy an international model from official Sony store in Tokyo (Expensive) 3. Buy a second hand model from Map Cameras Shinjuku (Cheaper)

People who have bought cameras here please let me know which would be the best option. I don't mind buying a 2nd hand camera as long as it's in a pretty good condition. Also let me know if there are other options I could explore.
