How much longer will JSFV last?

A few months back I decided to start watching JSFV from the beginning, just to see what the hype was all about. The first season was, kinda stupid. Why would we want to see these parents, wives, husbands, boyfriends, etc. party and live in a house together away from their families? I could only watch up until season 3 because it all just became too cringe. And from the things I see in this sub it hasn't gotten any better. Why is MTV holding onto this show so much? Is it really making them THAT much money at this point? I can't imagine the ratings are even any good. I think they all need to just move on to other things.
