Ditto machine

Does anyone have any idea what's gonna happen with the ditto site once Joann is done? Singer forwarded me to ditto/ Joann and the customer service page isn't even working properly I had to randomly click the page and Google auto filled my info and I was able to find the box to type my question even with no words on the screen at all. I just bought one. Bc probably the only time I can actually afford one. So I'm wondering will the site continue to work. And if I buy a subscription, do I keep my patterns forever?
