How hard is it?
I work at one of the KY stores that is liquidating and one of our guidelines we were given is not to accept coupons or loyalty discounts as we are liquidating. One of the stores also liquidating in our area is doing so anyway and it's very frustrating on my end. To constantly be told off by customers for following policy because another store is incorrectly following policy is getting tiring. Everything is stressful enough to try just exist in the current climate of the store and its really not an added issue I want to argue with customers about.
